Bitnomica is a young and professional company, active in the world of TV and online media, (portals, online video and digital TV) and ICT.
Our flagship products are Bombykol: A new social online video portal. And P2P server: a video streaming solution based on peer-to-peer technology.
We offer a young and dynamic environment, where cool products are developed and big customers are our daily guests.
Bitnomica works closely together with its customers and we work project-based. Our aim is to start a new project every quarter. In all projects we do some product development as well as consultancy.
We develop product that have to be fun to use, and use new types of user interactions. Our projects are not just about designing a new pretty interface, but we always have to invent a clever way to make things easier and more understandable for the user.
Our Graphic design projects are mostly done in html/css, sometimes in Flash or other graphic toolkits.
Our interns get a well-defined assignment, which they have to finish within the specified time. Each assignment contains the following phases:
1. Basic design of the interface (together with the advisor)
2. Developing the interface
3. Functional testing and acceptance testing
4. Documentation and wrap-up
Our interns will receive professional guidance in this process and will have sufficient time to write and finish their school reports.
